Our Presbyterain Family

Learn more about our church, our history, how to get involved and church membership.  This class is taught every other month on two consecutive Sunday afternoons.  The class descriptions are:


Week One:                                                      Christianity 101
  • Who are the Father, Son and Holy Spirit?
  • What did Jesus do for us?
  • What is the Body of Christ and why does it exist?

 

Week Two:                                               Living the Christian Life

  • Reformed and always being reformed.
  • What does it mean to be a member?
  • How do I get “plugged in”?

Communion

is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month as well as other special occasions. All who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior are welcome to partake of this Sacrament.


Baptism
The Sacrament of Baptism is offered to all who have not previously been baptized who confess Jesus as their Lord and Savior, and to their children. Contact our pastor for more information on scheduling the Sacrament during Sunday worship.

Please fill out the prayer request portion of the WELCOME tear off section located in the bulletin and place the card in the offering plate. We will pray for you daily.

 

How do I join the church?

1.       Listen for God’s call in your heart to join our ministry.

2.       Meet with the Pastor and discuss membership.

3.       Meet with the Session (church council of Elders) after church on the first Sunday or the evening of the third Thursday to become a member

4.       Membership is granted based on affirmation or reaffirmation of faith, or transfer of membership from another Christian congregation.
