Youth Ministry

The goals of youth ministry in First Presbyterian Church are:

• To call young people to be disciples of Jesus Christ.
• To respond to the needs and interests of young people.
• For youth and adults to work together in partnership.
• To be connected with the whole church, community and world.
• To include all young people, reaching out and inviting them to belong to the community of faith.

 

2007-2008 Youth Calendar

Awesome Angels, K-2nd Grade

This group typically meets once per quarter, and the children enjoy a fun event and enjoy fellowship with friends.

Righteous Disciples, 3rd-6th Grade

The Righteous Disciples typically meet once per month, on a Saturday evening.  Typical activities include crafts, games, movies, snacks and all include great fellowship. 

Junior & Senior High Youth Group

The Senior High group meets each Sunday, either in the afternoon or in the evening, for worship and fellowship.
