Vacation Bible School '08

Rainforest Adventure VBS at First Presbyterian Church of Allen will be held July 21st - 25th (Monday through Friday) from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm with an Open House special presentation for parents on Thursday night at 7:00 pm.  Our VBS program is open to children ages 4-years-old through 6th grade (as of Fall 2008 school year). 

 

Online Registration:  This year we are offering online registrationfor students and volunteers.  Click on the VBS logo on this page (or this link) to fill out the forms.  Once we receive your registration, we will email you the FPCA Medical/Parental Consent form which you will sign and mail back with your registration fee.  The registration fee is $10.00 per student ($30 max per family).  We limit enrollment to the first 110 students, so sign up soon!

 

Volunteers Needed:  If you can help for the week — or just for a day or two, please sign up online through the link on this page!  Nursery care is provided for volunteers’ children (birth through 3-years) during their volunteer shifts. 

 

Mission: This year our younger kids will be collecting donations for Living Waters for the World.  This ministry trains and equips mission teams to share the gift of clean sustainable water with communities in need.  As in past years, our 5^th and 6^th graders will begin and end the day at the church but will go out on special mission excursions in the community.  If applicable, you will receive more information and a special permission form for them.
